Enter into the comfortable living room, with coastal boho vibes and a large sectional couch. One bedroom has a Queen bed, the other has a full and twin bunk bed and a crib. Enjoy the large kitchen with large dining table, breakfast nook and massive granite island. Enjoy grilling, the outdoor shower, or hang in the courtyard to relax with family and friends.

Welcome to Coastal Cottage, a relaxing and comfortable homes by the beautiful Nantasket Beach. Guests can enjoy time together, inside or outside in the courtyard with plenty of space to spread out which sleeps 8 people.

The 2 bedroom 1 bath home is the main floor however is elevated with front steps and a private front porch. There is a separate living area downstairs, which is the bottom unit and is accessed by the back yard with a separate entrance. In the home, the units are separated by stairs and two doors that lock both ways. It can be opened for two or more families to share as one whole home as an option.

This cozy luxe home, has one Queen room, and a bunk bunk bed in the other. The bunk bed with a full, and twin size beds fitted with cool bamboo linens. There is also a crib as well that is set up for a toddler.

The updated kitchen has granite countertops, white tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and all the cooking accouterments allow guests to prepare a complete meal.

Start your morning with some coffee on your private front porch or on the courtyard and later pour some wine and indulge in a book or a game.

A dining table for six, and a coffee bar with tea, assortment of flavors, creamer and a snack or two. Enjoy a coffee and breakfast at the breakfast nook, or enjoy watching the sun go down at the same spot.

Traveling with little ones? No worries - a high chair and pack-n-play crib for sleeping and one for the beach are included in the list of handy amenities. Just let us know and we can leave them out for you.

Each bedroom is equipped with memory foam mattress, high quality pillows and high end silky bamboo sheets for that good nice sleep you’re looking for.

The Queen bedroom has lamps with USB ports to easily charge your devices without having them far away from you.

The bathroom with a custom marble counters, and wooden shelves. Large deep sink in tub.

You will find this shower has a seat, shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as individual soap for you to use.

Large outdoor paved courtyard with seating for 10. Evenings are made even more charming by the string lights providing a celebratory ambiance.

2 outdoor pub tables are nearby and seating for 4. A bistro table and chairs for two, two teak club chairs, coffee table and a two person outdoor sofa.

Rinse yourself off after the beach with a newly installed outdoor shower. Relax and enjoy yourself with the outdoor ambiance after a long day of enjoyment.

Put your grill master skills to work: A propane grill is ready to cook up some steaks or your catch of the day.

This home is located in the Alphabets, which is a very safe neighborhood located on the private side of Nantasket Beach.
The beach entry is located less than 300 ft from the house. You will see neighbors with their kids walking their dogs out front and occasional joggers and bicyclists. There is a walk-able kids park a block away, with tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts.
